Drew’s Car Wash Unlimited Wash Terms of Use

1. Introduction


These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Unlimited Wash (“UW”) membership program offered by Drew’s Car Wash Management, LLC and its subsidiaries (“Drew’s Car Wash,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in a UW membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

Drew’s Car Wash offers subscription-based car wash services at participating locations. Services, wash packages, and availability may vary by location. A current, valid payment method is required to initiate and maintain your membership. 


2. Membership Enrollment, Billing & Renewals


2.1 Activation and Auto-Renewal
 

Your membership begins once a valid payment method is submitted, and the purchase is completed. For all online UW membership purchases, your membership will activate within an hour, after which you can start enjoying unlimited washes at any Drew’s Car Wash location. UW memberships automatically renew each month. Your payment method will be charged the applicable rate every 30 days until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your card monthly without additional notice, unless required by law.


2.2 Introductory or Promotional Offers 
If you enroll under a promotional rate, that rate will apply for the specified duration. After the promotional period ends, your membership will renew at the standard rate. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and revoke promotional pricing if misuse is detected.


2.3 Pricing & Adjustments 
Membership pricing is determined by location and package selection. We may adjust pricing or available plans at our sole discretion. If prices change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email, posted signage, or updates on our website.


2.4 Payment Failure 
If your payment is declined for any reason, we may suspend your membership until a valid payment method is provided. You are responsible for any bank fees resulting from failed payments. 


3. Vehicle Identification: RFID


Drew’s Car Wash uses RFID tags to identify vehicles tied to active memberships. By enrolling, you authorize Drew’s Car Wash to capture, store, and process data for membership verification and operational purposes. The RFID and associated membership number remain Drew’s Car Wash property and may not be copied, tampered with, or transferred (if you get a new vehicle/windshield an employee will issue a new tag).
TAG MUST BE ON VEHICLE.


4. Membership Rules & Transfers


4.1 One Vehicle Per Membership 
Each UW membership is valid for one personal-use vehicle. Commercial vehicles, ride-share, taxis, or limousines are excluded unless enrolled through a business or fleet plan. For business accounts, contact accounting@drewscarwash.com


4.2 Vehicle Sale or Replacement 
If you sell or replace your vehicle, remove the RFID sticker, if applicable, and visit any Drew’s Car Wash location to cancel or transfer the membership to a new vehicle. Charges continue until the cancellation or transfer is completed.


4.3 Lost or Stolen Vehicles 
If your vehicle is lost or stolen, contact us promptly to deactivate the membership. Otherwise, the membership may continue to be used, and you will remain responsible for charges. 


5. Cancelation, Refunds & Account Management


5.1 Cancelation Policy 
To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership at least 5 business days before your renewal date. Cancel online at
https://websiteconnect.drb.com/drewscarwash/Club-Management or contact customer support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. 

5.2 No Refunds
 
All membership sales are final. We do not issue refunds or credits for unused days, partial months, or mid-cycle cancellations. 

5.3 Account Updates
 
You may update your contact details, payment method, or vehicle information at any time through your account online or by visiting any Drew’s Car Wash location. 

6.
 Service Availability & Limitations

Service hours, offerings, and performance may vary by location. Temporary closures may occur due to weather, maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen events. Drew’s Car Wash reserves the right to modify services, operating hours, or suspend access without notice.


7. Damage & Liability Disclaimer


Drew’s Car Wash is not liable for damage resulting from: 

  • Pre-existing damage or vehicle condition 


  • Aftermarket accessories or modifications (racks, antennas, spoilers) 


  • Loose parts, retractable mirrors, or running boards 


  • Unsecured items in or on the vehicle 


  • Customer driving behavior


Use of our services is at your own risk. Please prepare your vehicle appropriately before entering the wash tunnel.


8. Communications & Notifications


By enrolling, you consent to receive communications via email or SMS regarding your account, renewals, promotions, or service changes. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts, but operational messages may still be sent. 


9. Arbitration & Legal Terms


9.1 Dispute Resolution 


Any disputes arising from your membership will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to trial by jury and class action lawsuits. Arbitration will occur in your state of residence or another mutually agreed location.


9.2 Exceptions 
Claims filed in small claims court or for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property are exempt. 


9.3 Class Action Waiver
 
Disputes must be resolved individually. No class actions or consolidated proceedings permitted. 

10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where your membership originated, unless otherwise stated by law.
