Do you offer interior and detail services?
No, we are an express wash but do offer free vacs, all-purpose cleaner, fragrance, mat beaters, compressed air, and towels if customers choose to use after washing!
Can you wash dually’s?
Our LocationsOur touch-free machines at University Dr and Tower Point can fit duallys.
Will my vehicle fit?
Our tunnel clearance is 84” and our touch-free is 90”. Additionally, our tunnels have a tire restriction of 12.5”. We also need the vehicle free of top-mounted light bars, bike racks and aftermarket spiky lug nuts. All these restrictions can be handled by our touch-free washes.
Can I get a rain check?
Unfortunately, we do not offer rain checks. Try out our monthly membership where you can wash 2x a day at any location!
I'm not satisfied with my wash

What are your hours of operation?
We are open daily, 7:30a-7:30p Mon-Sat and Sunday 9a-7:30p. We are closed for New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Can I use the vacuums without washing?
Yes. We charge $4 to use our vacuums. If you’re a member, you can freely use vacuums without washing.
Do you take cash?
No, we are cashless. Membership sign ups require a physical card, but one-time purchases may use Apple/Google Pay.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up online at https://websiteconnect.drb.com/drewscarwash/ , through the Drew’s Car Wash mobile app, or in person at any of our locations.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for membership?
Yes. A credit/debit card is required for sign up. Apple/Google pay will not recharge correctly, physical card is needed for initial sign up.
Can I change my membership package
Yes. You can change your membership package any time at your convenient Drew’s Car Wash
I got a new windshield/vehicle and need a new sticker
Come by any location, and we can update on-site!
Can I use my membership at any location
Yes! We have 7 locations in the BCS area that you can use (There is 24/7 touchless bays at the University and Tower Point locations as well)
How often can I use my membership
Twice a day at any location!
How do I cancel my membership?
You can discontinue your plan online (https://websiteconnect.drb.com/drewscarwash/Club-Management) call at 979.260.1071 or send an email with membership ID to accounting@drewscarwash.com 7 days before recharge is required to properly stop the plan from recharging.
What if I get a new credit card?
Visit your convenient location to update or visit our online portal (https://websiteconnect.drb.com/drewscarwash/Club-Management)
How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
To allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 days before the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date, and you may continue to wash during this time.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.
What if I change my mind after cancelling
We would be happy to sign you back up, in person, after the end date!
