No. Drew's is an exterior express wash. We do not offer interior cleaning, hand washing, or detail services. What we do provide, free with every wash, is a full amenity area with vacuums, all-purpose cleaner, air freshener, mat beaters, compressed air, and microfiber towels, so you can handle the interior yourself after your wash.

An exterior express wash is a conveyor tunnel that cleans the outside of your vehicle while you stay inside it. You pull onto the conveyor, put the vehicle in neutral, and the tunnel moves you through wash, rinse, sealant, and dry stages. At Drew's that takes roughly three minutes. Interior cleaning is do-it-yourself at our free amenity stations, which is what keeps the wash fast and the price low.

Our Deluxe Wash includes wash, wax, and wheels. Premium adds tire shine. Ultimate adds 2 step ceramic and graphene sealant. Ultimate Plus adds a towel dry. Every package, including the entry-level one, includes free use of the vacuum and amenity stations.

No, we do not offer rain checks. If weather is a regular concern, our monthly membership lets you wash up to twice a day at any location, so you can come back as soon as the weather clears at no additional cost.

A touchless car wash cleans your vehicle using high pressure water and specialized cleaning solution, with no brushes, cloth strips, or physical contact against the paint. The chemistry loosens road film and dirt, then pressurized water rinses it away. Drew's has touch-free bays at University Drive and Tower Point.

It depends on the vehicle and the dirt. The express tunnel uses mechanical agitation, so it removes heavier buildup faster. Touch-free is the safer choice for delicate finishes, wraps, and coatings, and it accommodates vehicles that exceed tunnel clearance or tire restrictions. Your membership covers both.

Our express tunnels use soft-touch materials and maintained equipment designed to clean without damaging finishes. For drivers who prefer no contact at all, our touch-free bays at University Drive and Tower Point clean using high pressure water and cleaning solution with nothing touching the vehicle.

A 2 step ceramic wash applies a ceramic sealant in two separate stages during the wash cycle. The first pass lays down the bonding agent and the second activates and cures it. The result is a hydrophobic layer that makes water bead and roll off, keeping the vehicle cleaner between washes. It is included in our Ultimate and Ultimate Plus packages.

Graphene is a sealant that bonds to your clear coat and creates a slick, heat-resistant protective layer. Compared to traditional wax it lasts longer, sheds water more aggressively, and holds up better under direct sun. It is included in our Ultimate and Ultimate Plus packages.

Nanobubble technology injects extremely small gas bubbles into the wash water. Because the bubbles are so small, they carry cleaning solution into surface texture and tight areas that larger droplets skip past, lifting dirt more effectively while using less water and less chemical. Drew's recently added nanobubble technology to its wash process.

We use water reclamation systems and biodegradable cleaning products at every location.

You can sign up online at websiteconnect.drb.com/drewscarwash, through the Drew's Car Wash mobile app, or in person at any of our locations. A physical credit or debit card is required for sign-up.

Yes. We have seven locations across Bryan and College Station, and your membership works at all of them, including the 24 hour touchless bays at University Drive and Tower Point.

Yes. You can change your membership package at any time at any Drew's Car Wash location.

You can cancel online through the club management portal at websiteconnect.drb.com/drewscarwash/Club-Management, by calling (979) 260-1071, or by emailing accounting@drewscarwash.com with your membership ID. Cancellations need to be submitted seven days before your recharge date to stop the plan from renewing.

Any updates should be completed seven days before the anniversary date your card recharges, to allow processing time. Once you cancel, your plan stays active until the next billing date and you can keep washing during that period.

No. Refunds are not issued. Your plan stays active until your next billing date.

Yes, with any wash purchase, at all seven locations. Vacuum-only use without a wash is $4, and Wash Club members can use the vacuums free any time without washing.

Every wash includes free use of our vacuum stations, microfiber towels, all-purpose cleaner, air freshener, mat beaters, and compressed air. Wash Club members also receive a signature Drew's microfiber towel.

No. The vacuum and amenity stations shut off at 7:30 p.m. when the express tunnel closes. The touchless bays at University Drive and Tower Point stay open all night, but a late-night visit is wash only.
